We are looking forward to sharing and giving to a child everything we can; love, support, encouragement, and a shoulder to cry on. We hope to help a little one to understand their emotions and be there to walk through life with them.

One of our favorite things to do is sit down and watch something on the television. Whether it be a show or movie, we enjoy the time together, the entertainment, and the laughs. When we get a weekend to relax, sometimes we’ll make a fort in the living room to watch a movie. Our cat and puppy will curl up with us to watch the television also!

Our parents are so excited to be grandparents! All four grandparents live close by and are just a phone call away. We see them multiple times a month, usually for dinner, and for playing with our puppy. Always willing to lend a hand, they have been so helpful when we have wanted to do renovations around the house and yard. They are looking forward to quality time with a little one.

We live in a cozy home that we’ve made our own. Having soft blankets to snuggle up with in the living room is a must and the comfy couch is the best place to watch a movie together. Our master bedroom is connected to the nursery through the bathroom, which we imagine will be very helpful as we care for a little one.

One of the first things I noticed when I met Kendall was the huge heart she has for her students (and that she was pretty cute). Kendall is patient with everyone she encounters. I have seen her work with children from babies to kindergarteners and they all love her; she is dedicated to helping them grow.

One of the first things that attracted me to my husband was his love and passion for helping others grow. Josh has always put so much of his heart in helping children do their best in what they want to do. When I met him, he was a teacher and a basketball coach; he spent time, energy, and compassion to help his players and students do their best and reach their potential. Still today, he takes the time to get to know each of his students and identifies what helps them the most to learn.

We moved! We decided to move to a bigger house and a different community!

Our house is a two story house in Northeast Indiana. We are just in the edge of town, so we get the best of country and town living. We have a big privacy fenced backyard with a wooden playhouse already to go! Along with a patio to sit and talk with friends on in the backyard.

The inside of our new house is open concept. Our favorite place to be is still on the couch with a movie on and popcorn! We have our board games in living room ready to go!
